General Requirement of ISO 9001:2000 QMS

  • •Encourages organization to analyze customer requirements. Merangsang  perusahaan untuk meng-analisa keinginan customer

  • •Require organization to define processes that contribute to meeting these requirements.                                                                        Meminta perusahaan untuk meng-definisikan proses yang dapat memenuhi keinginan customer tersebut.

  • •Require organization to keep these processes under control. Meminta perusahaan untuk menjaga proses tersebut didalam kontrol.

  • •Provide framework for continual improvement.                         Menyediakan kerangka untuk perbaikan yang terus menerus.

  • •Provide confidence to organization and its customers that it can consistently fulfill these requirements.                                  Memberikan kepercayaan kepada perusahaan dan customer bahwa perusahaan bisa secara konsisten memenuhi keinginannya

  • Identify key and support processes; their sequences and interactions.                                                                        Identifikasi proses utama dan penyokong,  siklus dan interaksi prosesnya.                                                                               E.g. tender/contract review, purchasing, proses control, inspection/checking, customer service etc.                                      

  • Measure, monitor and analyze the processes.                         Mengukur , monitor dan meng-analisa prosesnya.        Determine resources, methods, workmanship criteria to operate and control processes.                                                                Menentukan sumber daya, metode,  kriteria pekerja yang akan menjalankan dan memonitor proses.

 

  • Implement action to achieve results and continual Improvement. Melakukan aksi untuk mencapai hasil dan perbaikan yang terus menerus.
